Made by Hand, From Natural Fibers
Terra 203 rugs are handcrafted from sustainably sourced materials, finished with artisanal metalwork. Each is woven to order by master artisans in Colombia.
Fique Natural Fiber
A sustainable natural fiber from the Andean agave, prized for its strength, subtle sheen, and earthy tone. The foundation of our signature handwoven rugs.
Wool
Resilient and warm, hand-knotted for rugs that ground a room and last for generations.
Baby Alpaca
Exceptionally soft and lightweight, with a natural luster — a refined fiber for luxurious texture underfoot.
Alpaca Bouclé
A looped bouclé weave in baby alpaca that adds dimensional, tactile character to contemporary interiors.
Copper
Hand-forged copper accents bring a quiet, sculptural warmth to select pieces.
Stainless Steel
Brushed stainless detailing adds a modern, architectural edge against natural fibers.

From Andean Fiber to Finished Rug
1. Design & specify. Each rug begins with a size, palette, and weave — drawn from a designer's project or our own house collection.
2. Source the fibers. Fique natural fiber is sustainably harvested from the Andean agave; wool and baby alpaca are ethically sourced.
3. Hand-knot & handweave. Master Colombian artisans weave each rug by hand — the slow craft that gives every piece its texture and character.
4. Finish with metalwork. Select pieces are finished with hand-forged copper or brushed stainless-steel accents.
5. Inspect & deliver. Every rug is checked by hand and delivered ready to complete the room.
Why Natural-Fiber Rugs
Natural-fiber rugs in fique natural fiber, wool, and baby alpaca are durable, sustainable, and rich with hand-made texture that machine-made rugs cannot replicate — a refined, eco-conscious foundation for any interior. Every Terra 203 rug is made to order for the trade.
